Raw milk Pecorino production

Enjoy the experience with the owner of the Farm and expert cheesemaker. After visiting the farm, the stables an the dairy you will learn how the traditional Pecorino di Pienza cheese is made.  The expert will explain you all the making process: from the stable, to the fermentation to the aging.

After cheese making demostration, you will enjoy a lunch at the Farm.
